- suspend order processing
in justified cases, including:
- item unavailability;
- technical failures;
- suspected misuse;
- inappropriate or aggressive behavior by the customer;
- force majeure.
Once preparation has started, modification or cancellation of the order may not be possible.
The restaurant does not provide delivery through this system.
Online payment is not available.
All payments are made directly at the premises.
The use of third-party digital solutions (including QR systems) does not mean that such third parties are sellers or responsible for LOFT 205 services.
Some products may contain allergens or traces thereof.
LOFT 205 provides allergen information in accordance with applicable laws.
Due to kitchen conditions, cross-contamination cannot be completely excluded.
The customer must inform the staff about any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
LOFT 205 shall not be liable if such information is not provided by the customer.
Certain products may be subject to age restrictions.
LOFT 205 reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse service if such proof is not provided.
